This website is operated by ChobiChobi, Tautas iela 86, Daugavpils, LV-5417, Latvia. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ChobiChobi. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

EU Customers — Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by completing your purchase of a digital product (such as a downloadable file or PDF), you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the file has been accessed.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the file, you may contact us at craft@chobichobi.com within 14 days of purchase to request a withdrawal.

1. General Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of legal consent in your country and that you are buying for personal, non-business use. We sell to consumers only. We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates on this page.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

3. Products and Availability

We sell digital products and physical merchandise fulfilled through Printful. All product descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice. We do our best to display product details accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors, images, or product descriptions will always be perfectly accurate on every screen or device.

4. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. Once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, the sale is final. Digital products are provided for personal use only unless we state otherwise. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, or modify our digital products unless we give written permission.

5. Physical Products

Physical items are produced and shipped by Printful. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases. In general, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital products or Printful-fulfilled stickers. If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at craft@chobichobi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, or a pricing error is suspected. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information for all purchases.

8. Shipping

We ship worldwide where available. Shipping costs, delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on the shipping page. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers according to applicable law and carrier terms, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, product images, and digital files, is owned by ChobiChobi or used with permission. You may not use, reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any content without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChobiChobi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

11. Third-Party Services

Some services on our site may involve third parties, including payment processors, shipping providers, and Printful. We are not responsible for third-party actions, delays, or failures outside our control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in the competent courts of Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
