Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide where available. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout, but actual delivery may vary because of carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Fulfillment

Physical items are fulfilled by Printful. Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available. Digital products are delivered by email or through instant download after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size, and shipping method. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost, contact us at craft@chobichobi.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, any reshipping cost may be charged to the customer.
