We sell instant-download digital PDF products. Because these files can be easily downloaded, copied, and replicated, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances — in any country, including the European Union.
All sales are final once the purchase is completed and the product has been downloaded.
Why we have this policy
Digital products are non-tangible and non-returnable by nature. Once you receive the file, we cannot verify whether it has been copied, shared, or used. This policy protects our content from unauthorized distribution and is standard for digital goods worldwide.
Product support (technical issues only)
If you experience a genuine technical problem with your downloaded PDF (for example, a corrupted file or download error), please contact us immediately at craft@chobichobi.com
We will review your case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file. Please note: This support is limited to technical issues only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product selected
- Not what you expected
- Any other non-technical reason
European Union customers – important notice
If you are located in the European Union, by completing your purchase and downloading the digital content you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) under EU consumer law.
